Thermocouple / RTD Assembly with Flanged Thermowell

Description

Industrial Thermocouple and RTDs for Various applications in process temperature measurement. Thermocouples are rigid in construction, can be used in temperature applications in harsh environments up to 2000 deg F. RTDs are commonly used for in the application where high accuracy is required, we manufacture Class B, Class A, and 1/10 Din B accuracy RTDs.

Our Thermocouple /RTD assembly with the thermowell is designed to be used in medium and high-pressure applications.

Flanged Thermowell is made from solid bar stock and the flange is welded.   Assemblies with Flanged thermowells commonly used in high-pressure applications. Our Flanged thermowell comes with 1/2″ FNPT instrument connection and 1.0” 150 lbs to 2.0” 600 lbs flanged connection.

Application

• Temperature measurement in Chemical and Petrochemical Process where media is highly viscous and corrosive.
• Makes a leakproof connection with tank or vessel where temperature element required to be removed for verification or maintenance.
